By booking or engaging with our training services, clients agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Services The Company offers 1:1 virtual social media training to clients, including personalised sessions, guidance, and supporting materials such as hints & tips guides. Training services are tailored to the client’s business and experience level. Contracts and Cancellation Bookings for social media training are confirmed once payment is received. Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session may incur a full session fee. Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered forfeited. Payment Training services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the first session. Clients will receive an invoice detailing the total cost, VAT (if applicable), and payment instructions. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, social media accounts, and objectives to ensure the training is relevant and effective. Clients must have access to a suitable device and stable internet connection to participate in virtual sessions. Clients are expected to engage actively during sessions to gain the maximum benefit from the training. Confidentiality The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law. Limitation of Liability The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of training services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages. The Company’s liability for any breach of these Terms and Conditions is limited to the fees paid by the client for the training provided. Termination of Services The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions or fails to make payment as agreed. Upon termination, any outstanding fees will become due immediately, and the Company will cease providing training services. Changes to Terms and Conditions The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.Submit
