SEO Order Form

These Terms and Conditions govern the SEO services provided by Social Media Fairy ("the Company") to its clients. By signing or submitting an order form you agree to be bound by these terms.

SERVICES
The Company provides SEO services as outlined in the agreed package. This may include, but is not limited to, keyword research, on-page optimisation, content updates, link building, citation submissions, and performance reporting.

CONTRACTS AND CANCELLATION
Contracts operate on a flexible rolling monthly basis and may be terminated by either party with one month's written notice. Due to the ongoing and cumulative nature of SEO work, which requires consistent effort to achieve and maintain results, one month's notice is required. You remain liable for payment during the notice period and we will continue to provide services until the end of that period.

PAYMENT
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment must be received before work begins each month. Failure to make timely payment may result in the suspension or termination of services. Where payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to charge statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

ANNUAL PRICE REVIEW
The Company reserves the right to increase its fees annually on 1 April each year. You will be given no less than 30 days' written notice. Continued use of our services following the effective date shall constitute acceptance of the revised fees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You must provide access to all necessary platforms including the website CMS, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. You must provide accurate business information required for citation submissions and content approvals in a timely manner. You must notify the Company in advance of any planned website changes, redesigns, or platform migrations, as these may impact SEO performance and may require additional work.

CONFIDENTIALITY
We will keep all your information confidential and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

DATA PROTECTION
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of its services. SEO results depend on various factors including search engine algorithm changes, competition, website modifications made by you, and the time required for results to materialise. The Company cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. The Company's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES
The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms and Conditions or fail to make payment. Upon termination all outstanding fees become due immediately.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with written notice. Continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
