Contracts and Cancellation

Contracts for SEO services are flexible and can be terminated by either party with one month's notice.

Due to the ongoing nature of SEO work, which requires consistent effort for optimal results, one month's notice of cancellation is required.

Clients are liable for payment of services during the notice period, and the Company will continue to provide services until the end of the notice period.

Payment

Services are billed in advance, and payment must be received before work begins.

Clients will receive invoices detailing the cost of services and payment terms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to necessary platforms (e.g., website CMS, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to enable effective SEO implementation.

Clients should also provide accurate business information required for citation submissions and content approvals in a timely manner.

Confidentiality

The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of search rankings, website traffic fluctuations, or business revenue impact.

SEO results depend on various factors, including search engine algorithm changes, competition, and website modifications made by the client.

The Company's liability for any breach of these Terms and Conditions is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services provided.

Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions or fails to make payment as agreed.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees will become due immediately, and the Company will cease providing services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
