Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Google Ads services provided by Social Media Fairy ("the Company") to its clients. By engaging with our services, clients agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services

The Company offers Google Ads management services, including but not limited to campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting, as outlined in the chosen package.

Contracts and Cancellation

Contracts for Google Ads services are flexible and can be terminated by either party with one month's notice.

Due to the ongoing nature of Google Ads management, which requires continuous monitoring and adjustments for optimal performance, one month's notice of cancellation is required.

Clients are liable for payment of services during the notice period, and the Company will continue to provide services until the end of the notice period.

Payment

Services are billed in advance, and payment must be received before work begins.

Clients will receive invoices detailing the cost of services and payment terms.

Ad spend is billed separately and is the sole responsibility of the client. The Company is not liable for any additional charges incurred through the client's Google Ads account.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to necessary platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to enable effective campaign management.

Clients should ensure that billing details are up to date and that their Google Ads account has sufficient funds to run campaigns.

Clients must provide accurate business information, including but not limited to target audience, budget constraints, and campaign goals, in a timely manner.

Confidentiality

The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to fluctuations in ad performance, changes in Google Ads policies, or business revenue impact.

Google Ads results depend on various factors, including competition, market conditions, ad relevance, and changes made by Google to its advertising platform.

The Company's liability for any breach of these Terms and Conditions is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services provided.

Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions or fails to make payment as agreed.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees will become due immediately, and the Company will cease providing services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
